Total Swedish Hardcore mangel at its best! Credited by heavy metal expert Daniel Ekeroth as the true inventors of the ‘blast-beat’ and the originators of grindcore (he defines ASOCIAL as ‘key to any survey of estreme music‘ in his book ‘Swedish Death Metal‘), ASOCIAL are a total cult among old European Hardcore Punk collectors. This monster anthology (55 SONGS) on double LP has been entirely compiled by the band using the original 1/4″ reels and 1st generation tapes, it has been edited and mastered by the band and even the whole layout has been put together by them using rare photos, flyers, cassette covers, liner notes and more!

It includes the legendary “Det bittra slutet” EP (1984) with its previous demo and unreleased tracks from the same session, the complete “Asocial Attack” cassette (the one that it’s assumed to feature some of the first blast beats ever landed on this planet!), an extra rehearsal from the same period, extra demo tracks 1983-1984 (among which the songs included on the “No war no more Vol. II” Comp. One of the scariest, most terrific records in the history of music finally comes back to light in a deluxe FOAD-treatment reissue!  This 103 monstrosity (yes, it was 103 not 101 as written on the 1st pressing’s sticker) originally released in 1989 and surrounded by many controversies between the band and Earache Records, still stands as an unmatched assault of catastrophic Noisecore savagery. Call it Grind, Noise, Britcore or whatever… but if we talk of the most extreme shit ever released on a full length 12″, “Disgrace To The Corpse Of Sid” certainly stands among the top 5 of all times. As Rich mentions: “Lion Studios was hit with a barrage of Noise even more extreme than before, as we decided to up the ante, and go for over 100 tracks on the record.” Side A consists of 90 machine-gun bursts of apocalyptic dementia, while Side B slows down for 13 anguished Sludge/Punk anthems at times recalling the industrial mood of Saw Throat’s “Indestroy” LP.

Welcome the return of one of Japan’s highest expressions of deranged Noise ever conceived!! Over 30 years of extraordinary nonsense anti-musical craziness of the sickest kind, this is the first record released after a mysterious hiatus of 15 years and also the first full length LP in almost 2 decades. And as always, the genius of Juntaro Yamanouchi leaves us pleasantly thrilled…  “燃えない灰” (Moenai Hai) is an eclectic journey in obscurity that alternates Dark Ambient and Noise Rock to bursts of pure mindblowing sonic violence.  The second track “ゲロゲリゲゲゲ / “The Gerogerigegege” above all is the remake of an old song (written in 1985) and this newer version has Dr. Euro of the legendary Execute on drums, giving it a solid Punk feel.

It’s a crescendo with an ultra-noisy guitar turning increasingly saturated and deflagrating, recalling the weird sonic approach of previous works of cult like “Senzuri Power Up“. Back to the very early origins of South America’s longest running and most respected Hardcore/Punk unit of all times: RATOS DE PORÃO. Best way to portray this: deep into the older basements of the basement rats. In fact, this incredible collection goes to sift in detail through the very first demo recordings of the band, before they started to pave their way with “Crucificados pelo sistema” and before the legendary beast-frontman João Gordo took vocal duties. “Periferia 1982” is an accurate journey through their raw Punk roots, it consists of the first and only two demos (including 5 hyper-rare extra songs that weren’t included in the previous CD edition) and their complete set at “O começo do fim do mundo”, one of the earliest and most important Brazilian Punk meetings of the early 80s. And to make this release even more complete and appetizing we have added a 7″EP including their 6 songs taken from the rare legendary “SUB” compilation LP, one of the first – and hands down the best – Brazilian Punk sampler of that era. Back to the very early origins of South America’s longest running and most respected Hardcore/Punk unit of all times: RATOS DE PORÃO. Best way to portray this: deep into the older basements of the basement rats. In fact, this incredible collection goes to sift in detail through the very first demo recordings of the band, before they started to pave their way with “Crucificados pelo sistema” and before the legendary beast-frontman João Gordo took vocal duties. “Periferia 1982” is an accurate journey through their raw Punk roots, it consists of the first and only two demos (including 5 hyper-rare extra songs that weren’t included in the previous CD edition) and their complete set at “O começo do fim do mundo”, one of the earliest and most important Brazilian Punk meetings of the early 80s. And to make this release even more complete and appetizing we have added a 7″EP including their 6 songs taken from the rare legendary “SUB” compilation LP, one of the first – and hands down the best – Brazilian Punk sampler of that era. So what you get here is a sheer dose of fast, no frills Punk/Hardcore stabs rarely clocking over 1 minute, hitting the face with razor shape distortion and that fury that echoes the true voice of the most abandoned suburbs.
